Our dispensed ice cream program includes an Arctic Express^® or Swirl Scoops™ dispenser and tempering freezer, designed to temper your Schwan's^® premium ice cream to the optimal serving temperature of 10°F. The dispenser is easy to use - simply load and serve!

Arctic Express & Swirl Scoops packaging is as unique as the equipment! The Schwan's high-quality, plastic containers are both disposable and recyclable and are designed to work only with the Arctic Express & Swirl Scoops equipment.

Simply remove the top lid and bottom plug, and place the container in the machine. You're set to swirl!

The Schwan's Arctic Express & Swirl Scoops dispensed ice cream system operates at a constant 10°F, which inhibits the growth of bacteria. At 10°F, the ice cream is not melting before you serve the dish or the cone.

It's a closed system, meaning no contact with human hands until it is dispensed. No special health department license is required to operate the food-safe Arctic Express & Swirl Scoops programs.
